Amanda Trickey
Owner | CEO
Amanda has been a dedicated marketing professional since 2012, but her entrepreneurial spirit has driven her long before that. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2011, she honed her digital marketing knowledge and creative editing skills while serving a variety of industries, including business-to-business, medical, home services, and nonprofits.
In 2022, Amanda founded Modern Marketing & Media LLC, starting from the ground up and growing it to serve over 100 clients across the greater Houston area and beyond in just two short years. Leading her team while using her creative skills and industry experience to help businesses grow and reach their goals has been incredibly fulfilling.
Amanda is deeply committed to her community and actively participates in the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce, and the Tomball Education Foundation. Some of her past service includes teaching marketing classes for small business owners at Lonestar College Tomball and serving as VP of Public Relations for Tomball Toastmasters. She also founded and currently serves as President of Tidy Up Tomball, a non-profit organization focused on involving the community and businesses in the beautification of Tomball through bi-annual community trash clean-ups.
When she’s not serving her clients or the community, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and their three dogs. She often engages in home improvement projects, gardening, interior decorating, and traveling.
Jared Trickey
Chief Financial Officer
Jared is responsible for the financial management and strategic planning of Modern Marketing & Media.
Jared began his career as a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer after graduating from Texas A&M University in 2012 and still works full time in the industry at a large mechanical seal manufacturing company in Houston.
In his spare time, Jared oversees the financials, provides strategic financial guidance to the executive team and is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with Modern Marketing & Media’s goals and objectives, as well as managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Jared and Amanda operate as a Husband/Wife team and have been together since 8th grade. Together they have two boys and 3 dogs.
Ashley Siegel
Social Media Marketing Manager Team Lead
Meet Ashley, a dedicated Social Media Manager with a passion for Halloween and video games. Since kickstarting her career in 2012, Ashley has excelled in building lasting client relationships and developing strategic, impactful social media campaigns.
Outside the office, she immerses herself in the latest video games and enjoys relaxing walks at the dog park with her three beloved dogs. A fun fact about Ashley is her deep love for Halloween, which inspired her to choose it as her wedding day!
Whether she’s engaging with online communities or delving into fantasy worlds, Ashley brings enthusiasm and commitment to all her endeavors.
Carmen Maglitto
Social Media Marketing Manager
Carmen’s passion for design & creativity started at a young age and has been a driving force throughout her marketing career. As a Content Creator & Social Media Manager, she launched and managed social media content across various platforms, utilizing Canva and Photoshop to design graphics and videos!
In addition to her professional experience, she is bilingual in English and Spanish. In fact, Spanish is actually her first language as she was born in Quito, Ecuador!
Carmen does a fantastic job growing our client’s social media accounts through community and business to business engagement and helps create inclusive content for our clients who require both English and Spanish copywriting!
When she not managing social media accounts or creating content, she is spending time with her husband and son.
Emily Lichnovsky
Social Media Marketing Manager
With a passion for photography, fashion, and design, Emily began her career in social media marketing in 2021 and has quickly established herself as a creative and strategic force in the industry.
Louisiana born and Spring, Texas raised, Emily graduated from Sam Houston State University, where she honed her skills in communication and digital marketing. Her expertise and eye for design allow her to create engaging content that resonates with audiences and drives brand growth.
Outside of her professional life, Emily enjoys spending quality time with her husband and actively participating in her community. Emily is quite the health nut, and one of her favorite hobbies is making sourdough bread from scratch! Emily is excited to bring her enthusiasm and experience to Modern Marketing & Media, where she aims to elevate the company’s social media presence to new heights.
Florine Ellis
Community Outreach
Florine recently retired after over 20 years of running her own CPA firm in Round Rock, Texas. She brings to the Modern team invaluable knowledge of business development, all things taxes and business to business relations.
Florine does a fabulous job keeping up with our books, business development, and also fostering relationships within our community at various networking events.
She has lived in Tomball for a little over 2 years now and is loving it. If you see her out and about be sure to say hello!
Matt Galdino
Website Specialist
With a deep passion for web design and development, Matt began creating websites 14 years ago. Throughout his career, he has leveraged his expertise to develop and lead numerous advanced projects. As a seasoned full-stack web developer, Matt has mastered both front-end and back-end development, allowing him to create stunning web applications.
Matt believes in the transformative power of a strong online presence for companies and dedicates himself to making it happen.
When not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and their two girls, exploring green spaces, walking outside, meeting friends, and serving his local community.
